Obituary for Clifford H. Parry III
Clifford H. Parry, III, 84, of Miflintown, passed away at 9:39 a.m. on Wednesday, August 31,2022 at Geisinger Medical Center in Danville.
Born on October 28,1937 in Baltimore, Maryland, he is a son of the late Clifford H. and Mary (Newgerg) Parry, Jr.
On June 1,1957 he married his late wife, Margaret (Wimbrough) Parry, with whom he was blessed to share more than sixty years of marriage before she preceded him in death on November 5, 2017.
He is survived by his children Toni D. Parry, Debora M. Parry both of Mifflintown, Clifford H. Parry, IV of Port Royal, three grandchildren and three great granddaughters.
In addition to his wife and parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers and one sister, making him the last of his immediate generation.
In 1955 he graduated from Mount Saint Joseph’s High School, Cantonsville, Maryland and he was a member of St. Jude’s Catholic Church, Mifflintown, also a member of the National Riffle Association.
He retired as a Union Representative of the U.F.C.W. Local No. 27 and he had a passion for the outdoors being an avid hunter.
All Services will private and held at the convenience of the family.
