Obituary for Madeline E. Campbell
Madeline E. Campbell,80 of McAlisterville passed away at 1:45 pm, Sunday, May 14,2023 at her residence.
Born on May 9,1943 in Van Dyke, Juniata County, she was a daughter of the late Galen Dressler and Ruth (McNemar) Dressler Colyer.
She is survived by her sons James Horning, Kenneth Horning, and daughter Dana Tamberelli, siblings Naomi Dressler and husband, Ron, Roberta Dowling and husband, Charles and Irene Hockenbrock and husband, Mark. Madeline is also survived by five grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
She was a Registered Nurse having worked in nursing for over fifty years having worked at Harrisburg State Hospital. Madeline was passionate about nursing and enjoyed taking care of people and helping them in their time of need. She loved nursing.
She was a member of St. James Mission Church in Millerstown.
Her hobbies included gardening, which was a passion of hers, she loved her flowers.
All services are private with Interment taking place at Emmanuel Lutheran Cemetery in Thompsontown.
